Canadian consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Disclaimer. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vlixaroxthral and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from site use, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from site use in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars or amounts you paid us for services in that period, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Toronto, Ontario, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where they cannot be waived.

Severability and waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
